After survey and a frozen scope we share a phased programme with milestones — typically weeks for focused refreshes and longer for full gut programmes with structural and MEP change.
  • Often yes, with phasing, dust and noise control, and after-hours windows for disruptive work. We design the sequence around how you operate — retail trading, office floors, or residential occupation — and agree protected zones up front.
  • We coordinate consultant packages, drawings, and submissions with the relevant authorities and landlord teams as part of the programme, with clear ownership at each gate so structural intent is approved before site accelerates.
